Governor Profile - Hazel Guy
I have been a parent governor for four years. I chair the Curriculum Review and Development Committee which meets once a term. We regularly invite staff along to tell us about what is happening in their curriculum area as well as reviewing policies.
I have children in Year 4 and Year 1 and I am linked to Miss Wilkinson’s Y5/6 class a governor.
I try to get into school on a regular basis to see what is happening and join in the fun, for example with Arts Week and drama productions such as ‘Leopard’ from the Crucible Theatre.
