The children in Y3/4BW have been working in a dance routine entitled ‘Jungle Boogie’ which was the theme for the LINKs (our sports partnership) movement festival at the Octagon Theatre in March 2010. The children have built up the sequences and moves throughout their PE lessons under the guidance of Miss Lowey. The music is ‘The Travelling Song’ from the film Madagascar 2. As you will see the children have thoroughly enjoyed talking part, their dance skills are much improved and they were a credit to the school at the dance festival when they performed their routine in front of a huge audience and many other schools.
