GENERAL INFORMATION
We would like to wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
There is an amendment to the back page of the Autumn Newsletter which was sent out this week. Emily Ballard is in Mrs Jackson/Williams class not in Miss Wilkinson’s. Well done Emily and to everybody else who contributed to the newsletter.
Boxes to recycle your old Christmas cards will be on each playground before the start of school when we return in January and they will be taken to the Woodland Trust for recycling.
Santa will be doing a tour around Oughtibridge on Saturday 23rd, organised by Wortley Rotary Club. He will be at Oughtibridge Park at 6.50pm followed by Clough Grove at 7pm. School will be the next stop around 7.20pm, then on to Coward Drive at 7.30pm. His last stop will be at Pete Appleyards at 7.40pm.
A reminder regarding the care advice for the school uniform. Please wash inside out and do not tumble dry. This will help the uniform to keep its colour and not ‘bobble’.

A reminder for Y6 parents of the ‘Preparing your child for the end of Key Stage 2 SATS tests’ meeting on Thursday 4th January, 5-6pm.
Bradfield Tennis Club are starting their Indoor Mini Tennis at Bradfield Village Hall on Monday 8th January. It starts at 4pm for 4-6yrs, 5pm for 7-9yrs and 6pm for 9-11yrs and costs just £3 per session. If you would like further details please contact Sue on 2863392 or Steve on 2830381.
Thank you to those who donated so generously to the Poppy Appeal, we have raised £79.64.
Steve Adams is holding a Christmas Holiday Football Camp on 18th and 19th December at Myers Grove School for 5-12 year olds. The cost is £10 per day. Please contact Steve direct on 07815 307657 for more details.
