GENERAL INFORMATION

Well done!

We had a visit from PC Barton on Wednesday who came into speak to the KS2 children regarding safety during Halloween and bonfire night. We hope you all have a lovely time but please make sure you are following any safety rules.

We will be selling poppies from Tuesday 6th November to Friday 9th November. If your child would like to buy a poppy please send 20p to school during this time. Thank you.

For your information we will be holding a whole school Poetry Day on Friday 9th November.

Well done to Mrs Little’s, Miss Lowey’s, Mrs Bickerton/Butler’s, Miss Firth’s and Miss Wilkinson’s classes who have all performed stunning gymnastic displays to the rest of the school today.

Well done to all the children who went to the Thackery Museum and Eden Camp this week. You all behaved very well and were a credit to the school.

Alice Taylor’s mum, Jill has raised £40 by organising a raffle to help raise funds for the choir’s coach to the Arena. Thank you.

Could any outstanding sponsor money from the penalty shootout please be sent into school on Tuesday 6th November. Thank you

After School Club Information

The only after school clubs that will be taking place the first week back are the Y5/6 Athletics club on Thursday and the Y5/6 Netball club on Friday.

There is no netball club on Friday 26th October.
