Well done!
May we please remind you that if you need to take your child out of school for any planned appointment such as medical, funeral, music exams etc that we do require a form completing which then can be returned to you with written authorisation. This will also save the school phoning to find out where your child is if they are not in school for registration.
Congratulations to Kate Spencer who has been chosen as the Gala Princess and to Lisa Calderbank and Anna Muirhead who will be her attendants at the forthcoming gala and gala sports night. It was a very difficult decision to choose the Royal Family and the other entrants, Emily Ballard, Libby Berrisford, Lucy Taylor and Grace Harby have all been asked to join the parade through the village.
We would like to remind you that fruit is available for sale on Tuesday – Friday each week by the School Council. If you would like your child to buy a healthy snack please provide them with 20p for a piece of fruit.
A reminder that it is SATs week next week for the Y5/6 children. Please ensure the children arrive promptly for the start of school. Good luck to all our Y6, we know they will do their best.
All Y6 pupils who have asked for a place on the Bikeability course have received a pack containing their consent form. This form and £2.50 needs to be returned by Monday morning at the latest. If all consent forms are not returned the course will have to be cancelled.
Thank you to all the parents of the Y3/4 children who have come along to the coffee morning. We hope you enjoyed all the lovely chocolatey treats that the children have made through the week.
