SOS would like to apologise for the cancellation of the Fashion Show last night which was due to the company who runs the shows breaking down on the motorway. The show has been rescheduled for Thursday 15th May at 7pm. All tickets that have already been bought will be valid but if you are unable to attend and would like a refund please bring your ticket to the Coumes office as soon as possible. We hope that all the models will be able to come along on the 15th as we know they were all looking forward to it. Thank you
Please ensure that your child has a PE Kit in school every day, not just on PE lesson days.
We desperately need 3 volunteers who are CRB checked to act as ‘prompters’ for the Y6 taking their SATs each morning of the week beginning May 12th. If you could help please contact Miss Firth as soon as possible. Thank you.
The Y3/4 children are going to the Yorkshire Sculpture Park on Friday 16th May. If you are able to help on this day by either going with the children on the coach or making your own way in your car please let Mrs Wilson know as soon as possible. Thank you.
A reminder that from Monday all FS children will start lining up outside their classrooms each morning. The children need to line up in ‘assembly’ order at 8.45 at the footprints marked on the floor. The children will then say goodbye to their parents at 8.50am and go into the classroom for registration.
We would like to say thank you to Barbara Hadfield for donating a fish tank for the tadpoles in the FS classrooms.
All School Link orders have been sent home via your child. If you haven’t received your order please inform the school office. Thank you.
Could any orders for the class group or Y6 classmates photographs please be returned to school no later than Friday 2nd May. Please also note you are also able to order the group photos via their website.
Could you please ensure that your child brings a coat to school each day as the weather is very unpredictable. Thank you.
A reminder that school will be closed on Monday 5th May due to the Bank Holiday.
