GENERAL INFORMATION

Tweak of the Week is ´Set yourself a challenge´

We require some additional supply lunchtime supervisors, if anybody is interested in being added to our list please contact Linda in the Coumes office.

Following a ‘Top Writers’ programme some children in Y3/4 have worked very hard and produced a book called ‘The Evil Teacher’. If you would like to purchase a book please send £3.50 to the school office.

Well done to Tyler Gayle, Georgia Gayle, Thomas Harrison, George Maris, Hannah Maris, Beth Addenbrooke, Isabelle Butler, Arran Lamb and David Frost who played in a Basketball tournament this week and have won a place at the City Finals in March which are to be held at the Hallam Fm Arena. All of the children were very well behaved and a special thank you goes to Lorraine Gayle and Jan Frost for all their hard work.

Could all Puffin book orders please be sent back on Monday. Thank you

Steve Adams, who runs the Wednesday football club for Y1/2, is holding a fun camp during the February half term. This will be at Tapton School for children aged 5 – 12. Places are limited so please call Steve on 07815 307657 if you would like to book a place.

SOS would like to thank everybody who ordered from the last Yellow Moon catalogue. They have received a cheque for £45 to add to the funds to buy new school books.
