As part of the PE Curriculum the children are required to study dance. In order to make this as relevant, exciting and motivating as possible Miss Lowey planned for the children to learn 'Street Dance'. During the term the children choreographed a dance inspired by Michael Jackson's 'Thriller' routine.
Although this dance does not mirror Michael's efforts you will see how well the children have worked together and included everyone in the final version of their Street Dance, Thriller. We hope you enjoy watching the children’s performances as much as they enjoyed doing it. It is evident that the children’s skills in dance have progressed to a high level.
Although Miss Lowey led this initiative in school she has been supported by Mrs Lofthouse, the School's LINKs Sports Co-ordinator.
